SiWorks is the commercialization of a multi-tenant marketing and customer-engagement platform that already powers customer-facing operations at scale. We were incorporated to take what works for one operator and offer it to every business that grows through customer touchpoints.

Run every store like one store.
Most operators run on a stack of point solutions glued together — one tool for CRM, another for ad call tracking, a third for call recording, a spreadsheet for shifts. Each one is paid for, learned, and audited separately. None of them talk to each other.
SiWorks is one platform: twelve composable products that share identity, data, billing, and audit. A business with five locations gets the same operating system as one with five hundred — the only thing that changes is which products are turned on.
How we build
Three principles, no exceptions.
Production first
We don't ship architectures we haven't run. Every Si* product is derived from a code path already serving real stores.
Compliance is a feature
Audit logs, MFA, CPNI gating, and granular RBAC ship in v1. Enterprise-grade controls aren't a Phase 2 retrofit.
Composable by default
Twelve products, one identity model, one billing surface. Install only what each customer needs — turn it off the same way.
